  • Follow the steps to select your kit + additional items

  • Select "Shopping Bag" and review your purchase

  • Click "Proceed to Checkout" and add your personal information to create your account

  • Ensure that Melissa Gaskin, ID #2138510, is your Wellness Advocate

  • Enter your payment info and process!
