Breakthrough Call:
At the beginning of our 6 month program, we’ll dive deep into your comprehensive health history so that I can better understand your vision and goals while working with me. We co-create action items that are aligned to your health goals.
Weekly Check-ins:
To provide accountability and support, personalized emails arrive in your inbox weekly. These include resources, as necessary, based on your personalized plan.
Six Months of Personalized Coaching:
Each month, we’ll meet twice for 50 minutes to check your progress and provide custom support. These meetings empower you with tools to support your health.
Home Edits:
I come to your house, virtually or in person, to discuss your foods, food storage, cleaning products, body care, and skincare routines. We identify all the elements that impact your endocrine and metabolic systems. After, I’ll provide you with recommended swaps based on your personal goals that are supportive of a low-tox life. This step happens midway through our coaching so that you already feel comfortable and I really understand your goals.


Grocery Store Tours:
Based on your home edit swaps, we’ll read and understand labels, find hidden ingredients, and learn about new items. In doing that, you’ll have a personalized list of go-to grocery items that align with your health goals without compromising flavor.
Essential Oil Consultation:
Essential oils are a tool to support your health goals. We’ll collaboratively create a personalized Essential Oils protocol based on your goals and needs. Clients receive a discount on any oils they choose to purchase through my affiliate link.
Sustainability Calls:
After the program completes, I’m still here to support you. Previous 6 month clients can purchase packages to continue the work we have been doing in a more flexible scheduling format. These are available in single, 4-pack and 8-pack sessions and must be used within one year of purchase. These sessions are perfect for processing changes and life events as they arise.
